find a new best friend

I have always had a best friend my whole life. The one I have now has been great but lately she has been too busy with work and husband. I feel like I am pulling teeth for ‘us’ time. She is not there for me the way she used to be. So I give up. I desire a best friend who is there for me as I will be for her. I make a great friend. I desire a best friend where we love to talk about everything and laugh together. I would like a best friend who enjoys talking on the phone as much as I do. And someone who is as emotionally healthy as I am. Someone who is available for best friendship and having fun!
