I think I am a morning person, assuming I’ve gotten the right amount of sleep. I think the problem currently is that I am also a people person, and I don’t like going to sleep while there are people up that I like talking to (there are exceptions to this, but it is a general rule). I think this may be solved when I graduate college in a month, but we’ll see. I also tend to get distracted from going to bed. It is my probably worse offense of getting distracted, and the hardest to stop.

So, I have this problem of wanting to stay up if there are other people up and about, which hasn’t been too much of a problem, but I want to start having my own regular schedule. Which includes getting up earlier too, since I hate not having much daytime (especially now that it’s winter).
I also have a bad habit of intending to go to bed, and then actually going to bed a half hour to an hour later. I’m not sure if I should ‘intend’ to go to bed earlier, or I should set stricter rules for myself.
