keep a good laboratory notebook

woohoo. so thanks to the postdoc wanting to play badmitton instead of finishing training me… i had a whole hour to waste this afternoon—and guess what I did—that’s right, I filled in my friggin lab book. I even went back to raw data and looked up dates of experiments that I hadn’t filled in. wow. it feels nice. if only I can keep this up! 4 years of grad school down, and still a lame notebook—that is sad sad sad.
