It’s November already! Squeaked in under the wire this week.



Needed to make this more concrete 2 years ago

It’s been too easy to wiggle out of this goal, so let’s define success and add a time limit. Now if I could only learn to ride an exercise bike with a cat in my lap…



So far... 2 years ago

Week 1 – just squeaked under the wire.
Week 2 – more squeaking. Need to get on this earlier in the week.
Week 3 – oops, only two.
Week 4 – another oops. Going to have figure a better way to do this.
Week 5 – only two, but down sick part of the week (excuses, excuses)
Week 6 – Zippidy doo dah.
Week 7 – 3x already. Yea! (Gritting teeth and looking determined.)
Update: I’m counting walking the crying toddler for 2 hours at the literacy program as one exercise session, so 4x
