I really want to complete this before summer is over so I can wear a bathing suit and be proud!
In between work and summer clases, I must…
-exercise at least 30 min everyday.
-visit the gym at least 2xs a week.
-cut out snacking and junk food
-get 8 hours of sleep every night so I have the energy to exercise!
If I follow through with all of these for at least one week….I would be happy
