I have come very far with this goal.

I now usually go to the gym 3 times a week and I am really enjoying it. There are some great classes and I am starting to see a big difference in what I am capable of and I am more toned.

I joined a gym at the beginning of April and have really enjoyed going so far. It has made this goal much easier.



The last two weeks 10 months ago

19-25 January
Monday: Walking (55 minutes)
Saturday: Walking (20 minutes)
Sunday: Pilates dvd (35 minutes)

26 January – 1 February
Thursday: Walking (25 minutes)
Friday: Walking (15 minutes)
Saturday: Walking (20 minutes)

Minimum walking time is 15 minutes which doesn’t sound like much but sometimes is all I have time for. My aim is to increase the time as I get used to it.
