I’m back to wholemeal foods and feeling better for it. I’m not craving so many sweet things either which helps me to be good.

In general my diet isn’t too unhealthy, but I have slipped into bad habits recently, eating white bread instead of wholemeal even though I really like wholemeal. I am also eating too many sugary things, although now that I have been told I need to look after my teeth better by my dentist, it has helped me to stop eating chocolate at least.
I made masses of vegetable soup today with lentils and beans. I enjoy cooking from scratch once I get into it.
