Time Table :P

This is my fitness time table to help me acheive my goal.

Bike everywhere
Weekdays – 10 Min Evening Run
Tuesday and Thursday – Afterschool spend an hour at the gym
Saturday – go for an hour long run



starting soon!

I am gonna start a training programme really soon so I can actully acheive this goal!

A evening run and will probably need to join the school gym aswell!
