So I had fallen off the wagon at the end of week 5 and was going to pick up again at week 4 but…
I was feeling pretty good so I’m just repeating week 5. Today I actually bumped up run#2 of wk 5 by running 2×10 minutes instead of 2×8. Feeling pretty good about it. We’ll see if I can run 20 min. straight (run#3) on Sunday.

I will run a 5k sometime in March with no walk breaks. (I was actually going to run a 4-miler on the 17th but now I’m going to D.C. to march on the Pentagon!!)
I took up the couch to 5k program (as many have) and got to the end of week 5 – then I fell off the wagon. So, tonight I resume at week 4.
