taking so much medication to sleep. Then I am jsut groggy all day and that is frustrating.

Even though I appreciated some of the extra time I had yesterday, I had almost a little too much of it and started really feeling the ennui. This leads me to pop a pill and go to bed which then makes it harder to get up before 7.
So, tonight’s goal is to stay out of bed until I am dying and then trick my body into getting up even earlier, like at 6:30.
Have to start this one off with a bang by getting up at 6:30 to take the parentals to the airport.
Nice way to ease in.
this morning 6:36…got so much done and then looked up and it was only 1pm…this is great. more time to enjoy my life.
sleep medications should be my last line of defense. I think the best is a week at a rigorous schedule. I’ve got a lot of living to do, and it’s nice to have that extra few hours.
now take meds at 8…and be up by 7 tomorrow…set 2 alarm clocks just in case
Feel sleep and headed to bed. Will see when I get up normally and adjust dosage and bedtime accordingly.
