grarrr.
has been awesome. It sounds dumb, but it makes me feel good thus far. So over the past month with holidays and so on, I peaked at 194. As of today, Im 185 and going strong. What’s helping?
a) taking my concerta, EVERYDAY
b) going off my birth control. I’ve read so many reviews about what Im taking and how BAD its been for so many women, including weight gain.
I gained 3 pounds.
188 bitches.
January 7th is my birthday.
180 by then.

Wow. I’m really bad at this. Today is the due date of my mini goal. Yeah, that didnt happen. I weighed myself this morning and I was 185. Havent lost, havent gained. I have been exercising though! Saturday I went snowboarding, Monday I went running, Tuesday I played DDR till I couldnt breathe, and then today is a running day. I’m trying here….
It’s been a week since I blogged on this one. Its also been a week since I weighed myself last. Tomorrow, I’m continuing my plan….

Not too happy with this one, and I don’t want to make excuses for this BUT, it is the end of the day and I did just eat dinner. I’ll weigh in in the morning tomorrow.
Food? Pretty good.
I deffinantly didn’t go overboard, and the only snack I had today was two fig nutens (sp?) between classes because my stomach sounded like it was eating its self.
Exersize? Not yet
My boyfriend and I are going to homedepot, and when we get back I’ll do some ab work out and stretch

There are 3 things I need to do everyday.
1. Take my Concerta – This is my ADD med that has the AWESOME side-effect of curbing my craving for food. When I take it, I won’t think twice about snacking or over eating, and when I don’t take it, all I can think about is food! I’ll over eat and eat when I’m not hungry. Seriously the best side-effect ever.
2. Weigh myself – I’m going to keep track on here, maybe it will give me a bit more motivation seeing any progress I’ve made, as well as the cheers and motivation from everyone.
3. Do some form of exercise everyday.edit
