I ran saturday and sunday.

This personal goal thing isn’t working. I have 23 days left. That pretty much means I have to run multiple times per day. Crap.

I ran it a few days ago…forgot to post. It was alright..and I’m supposed to go again, but I’m way to sore from snowboarding…
Shit. Shit on me. This stinks.
Yeah, I ran it for a 3rd time but it just sucked! It could be a combination of many things, like, 22 degrees outside, its been 2 weeks since my last run, i’ve gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks! FHJDKSLAHFJKS Shit. I’ll get better. This just suck.
The one sweet thing about my run, is that I ran the entire exterior of woodfield mall. Sweet :)
Thats what I am. If I really had my butt in gear, I would buy some treadmill wax/lube so I can run inside during those nasty rainy days…
WOW! I can’t believe I ran week 2 over and over because I was afraid of Week 3! No biggie at all! It’s going to be a good week :)
I’m amazing because…
-I ran week 3 finally!
-Temperature = 36 degrees…and I still ran! woo!
-I found a new route to run
-I made it through both of the 3 minute runs
-I found some sweet cycling tights what have this nylon
front which keeps my legs pretty warm for the most part
I’m not so amazing because…
-I forgot I had to take my brother to his tutor, so he was
late
-The cycling tights are a little small in the calves, making
it slightly uncomfortable to run
-My ears felt like they were about to fall off (need to wear
a hat that covers my ears)
I found…
-Tennis ball
-A sweet looking Smirnoff bottle
-Can of hearty vegtable soup
I saw…
-2 Kayaks
-4 Dogs
-17 Pumpkins
Thats right! I ran the last run of week 2! Thursday will be the first run of week 3!! Woot! I’m doing it, Im finally moving on!
During todays run I thought about many things. First thing was about goals in general on 43things. The other thing I thought about is, when I take my mind off of actually running and let it wander, running instantly becomes amazingly easy and flys by.
Week 3…here i come!!!
Ok, I ran today :] Week 2…again. I swear, I’ll run it one more time but then I REALLY need to move on to week 3. I am stuck in my comfort zone and need to move on. JEEZE.

Week 2 music after 8 runs….the music gets old :/
I did it! Finally! I went running…sorta..I got a terrible cramp about half way through the 4th interval. grrrr. But I ran the rest, and it was ok. I’m dissapoined, but happy at the same time. I’ll go tomorrow.
Oh, and I ran in pants today insteed of the usual runnign shorts and tights. It was different, but also was extreamely more comfortable.
