All you need is to get money for the first printing of the magazine and find a way to distribute it free. The rest pays for itself after the first issue. For the graphic design I have my own family company and if you want to get your magazine out there fast, we can always help you with the graphic design working on 20 day terms. But as far as the printing goes it’s pretty hard to find a sponsor/investor who will trust that you will pay him back
