Today it is hard to be outstanding when there is nothing really to do!!The things I do I am doing very well though hehehe January is always quiet.

my job is not always challenging but I really want to make sure I dont become complacent and actually keep moving forward with things and finding better ways to work.
Not just do the minimum but exceed expectations (for myself)
