I have lost 50 pounds and my goal is 100 pounds! THE ENERGY IS PHENOMINAL. u just have to put your mind to it and not let anything change it….I changed ALL my bad eating habits no pork no beef one dessert per week and I excercise 1hour and 20minutes 6 days out the week,....this takes MAJOR dedication u can do this!...its not hard just small steps and dont let ANYTHING or ANYBODY tell u your crazy for have such a BIG Goal….U have this in the bag!
