I failed Saturday and Sunday. I was good Friday night and went our but didn’t drink, then it all went to pot Saturday night. It was my friends birthday and I bought some soft drinks and took them with me, but before I got there I had a drink. I only had about 3 glasses of cider, but it was something and I wanted to be strong, but I failed. I will try again this weekend. Its easy in the week. Don’t know really how to get over the triggers. Going out Saturday night into town. We’ll see…

I can’t believe how good I feel today. Due to the amount of sleep I’ve had, good food, exercise and lack of alcohol and weed I feel AMAZING. I feel like i’m on drugs but without any of the side affects. I went to my boyfriends last night and had a respectable cup of tea instead of a cider. YAY for me. Next hurdle: Saturday night party. Wish me luck
3 days of not drinking. I was very productive last night, I did loads of hosue work and got everything ready for the next day. I went to bed and read my book. No drinking. Yay!
Great! I went swimming last night. I didn’t drink and I had lots of sleep, starting to get more energy, which leads to me being more organised and more in control.
Day 1. No alcohol last night, so thats one day down. I feel refreshed, but still a bit tired. I need to catch up on more sleep.
