I’m up to 3 flexed arm hangs at 10 seconds a piece. Maybe if I was getting graded on it I could hold on longer…
I started the training program today. I have no upper body strength! All I had to do was do 3 flexed arm hangs as long as I could and I could only hang on for less than 10 seconds. I used to rock the flexed arm hang in high school. My gym teacher would be so disappointed! Maybe it was because I tried to do it after running 3 miles… Yeah that’s it!
