I did my 20 mile run before the 3 week taper.
That means 3 weeks until my marathon!!!!
Still feeling good and strong. My goal is to stay injury free until then. Now that I have the 20 miler behind me, I feel more confident but still nervous as hell.
I am running the California International on December 2nd.
I did my second 14 mile training run last Saturday. No soreness the next day.
I’m running with TNT and that is a little ahead of their schedule, but I feel I’m running TOO LITTLE for a marathon if I follow their schedule to a T, so I do a bit more. But I know they want us to stay injury-free.
How many miles a week I should be putting in?
