get a tattoo that has a significant meaning

I’m considering getting a tattoo as a souvenir of my first time living away from home/going overseas/kicking ass and taking names in another country. But I’m not sure what I should get, or where. I have a tattoo in mind that I’d like to get at some point, but I don’t think it’s the one I want to get here. I’m also a little worried that any tattoo I get now will get weird or skewed when my weight goes down… Maybe I’ll just get a piercing instead.

This will happen when it happens. I have an idea as to what I want, but until I get swept away with a design and am in a place where I feel it would be worth it, I’m not in any hurry.

So I guess I shouldn’t get Kanji, eh? ;-)
