I did some “wake up yoga” today, and oh god, I felt amazing. I was sweating like mad, though- I didn’t expect yoga to be so difficult, but I can definitely see myself doing this multiple times a day, every day.

For both body and spirit. I’m essentially doing this for flexibility, but if it centers my soul and my spine, too, good deal.
