how do you go around doing this. how do i get over the pain and over everything else and forgive people. to look at them the same way. to not cringe every time i hear their names in the same sentence, to go over what happened in every detail in my mind and cry everytime i wake up and just before i go to sleep. how do i forgive people who have hurt me. how do i just open my heart for them to be their doormat and just keep on getting hurt?
