Day 3: 100 sit-ups. Am I finding my routine? Perhaps I can venture to say if I do my 7 days, then I can start to incorporate more exercises. It’s a mind set for me.
Ok so day 2 was a bust. I completely forgot about my goal-duh.
So I restart with day 1 which is today. I did 100 sit-ups. Between doing this goal for the day and receiving some really nice-useful comments from 43T people this morning, I feel awesome. Have a great day everybody!
Day 1: 100 sit-ups. Thank you! (But didn’t do well with another goal-snoozed 4 times-thank goodness there are only 4 minutes between snoozes on my alarm. And I won’t be too hard on myself-I was a walking zombie due to lack of sleep the two prior nights and only had just under 6 hours last night-I think I feel another goal coming on…)
I actually enjoy doing this, especially because I see results very quickly and I find it inspiring to start my day with something good for me (right after I start the coffee, of course). But I want to be more consistent with it. So I will “sub-goal” this goal with “I will report on this daily and after 7 consecutive days, I will reward myself with $5 of scratch tickets (another one of my weaknesses).” I start tomorrow morning.
