This is getting ridiculous – I want to be at work by 7:30 every morning, but by the time I roll out of bed, I’m lucky if I get in by 10. HELP!
I have a friend who wants to work out in the mornings, though, and she is willing to call me to get my butt outta bed and to the gym by – *gulp – 5:30 AM. This will also help me with my goals of losing weight, wearing a bikini, biking to work, and becoming a runner. Way to kill two birds (or 5)... :P
