Wow, looking back at my entries, I sound so silly! Haha I don’t pay attention to how much/how little I eat anymore AT ALL. I eat what I want, when I want, and I’m happy. A regular exercise routine has made this goal obsolete for me.

I just tried this for the weekend. I was great! I haven’t eaten in over 48 hours, and I’m not hungry at all. In fact, I just went to a restaurant with a friend and watched her devour a couple of beautiful crepes and a glass of wine. I wasn’t even tempted to order anything!
I’ve been doing this since the 1st of the year, and I lost 7 pounds this month.
This has been going well! I created a little diet for myself for this week. I haven’t lost weight according to the scale, but I FEEL better, and I feel like I LOOK better. If I keep this up for the next few weeks, I might be ready to go swim suit shopping! :)
I came SO CLOSE to eating that 1000 calorie pint of Ben & Jerry’s. Just because he didn’t call like he said he was going to.
But I didn’t eat it. :)
About 840 calories today. I can live with that.
Ooooo I was bad bad bad today! There’s no way I can control this at the holidays!
