For over two weeks now I’ve done nothing.
I just got over the flu and now I just feel like a slug because I haven’t exercised in so long.
It’s an icky feeling.

I’ve been sick (and before that busy) so this past week hasn’t been the best for my workout goal ~ but considering, I’m alright.
I’ll be back into it by Monday, I’m sure. :)
To start:
1. Bootcamp 3x per week
2. Walking 3x per week (starting mid-September)
3. Increase water intake
Still to fit into plan: pilates, weight training, running…
things are moving slowly (due to weather) but they are moving…so that’s good.
After looking over finances, I realized that it is not prudent of me to participate in Pilates and running clinics at this time so I am venturing on the side of practicality (a place I should visit more often) and use my pilates tapes and running shoes and my own determination to get this bod back into fighting shape.
Since I am a planner/list person, I will need to put some kind of action plan together and then meld it with the Flylady list in order to make sure that I can keep this household running smoothly (while also getting my tush in gear)...doesn’t sound hard but for me right now it’s a challenge.
I seem to have acquired some kind of time management issue which is quite disturbing to me…wherever it came from I would like to quickly send it back!
Anyway, I don’t believe in griping…my mantra is “Action speaks louder than words”, so I’m off to make a plan that I will stick to….(wish me luck!)
I run three times a week and go to pilates once per week.
Now, I just need to get to doing my stretches for physio…that’s the tough part, for some reason!
I do Pilates once per week & I run 3 times per week.
I would like to blow the dust off my Bowflex and start using that as well as doing some free weights and an exercise video or two.
Oh…and some walking too!
Also went to last night’s practice run.
Ran with the clinic leader and two other women.
It felt great!
Really enjoyed my running clinic on Saturday & even went to the practice run on Sunday.
Will be going out tonight to run as well!
Today I’m actually itching to get out there! This feels great!!
