I am sticking to my stretching exercises. Moving slow but moving forward.

I continue to try. I’m fairly flexible but still unable to fall into the splits.
Much like my 100 pushup goal. I am starting fresh with the new year.
I don’t know how soon I will be able to do the splits but I do feel more flexible.
I will be following the “Stretching Scientifically” program to increase my flexibility.
