Not sure I have the patience or the desire 19 months ago

I don’t really want to turn my mind off. I have fun when I let it go! Well, most of the time. Unless I’m really worried. But I can handle it in 10-minute mini-sessions at the end of yoga, so that’s good enough. Yoga feels good, people! Everybody should do it. :)



I don't have any room for any more goals 2 years ago

So I’m including this under my meditation goal. Tomorrow I am going to try a Tai Chi class. It’s been called “moving meditation” and is supposed to help reduce anxiety, among other things, so I’ll see if it helps. I don’t think I have the attention span right now to read a book on meditation.



I just caught myself furiously chomping on gum 2 years ago

And it seems I’ve worked my way through almost a whole pack today. And I have barely eaten in two days. Which is highly unusual for me. So I listened to one of those you linked to, Ira, and I’m going to really try to make time for a yoga class this week and see if the library has any meditation CDs I can borrow. I need to CTFO!
