I have new member orientation at the gym tonight, plus I went back to weight watchers this week and have started keeping track again. I won’t be well enough with my arthritis for a while, so I have to take things slow. Mostly, I want to do the aqua aerobics and control my eating. After that, who knows. I’d like a small amount of success instead of a huge amount of potential!

I have to lose at least 100 pounds, and to be technically not overweight at all, 120 pounds. I’ve tried a few times and have been fat my whole life, so that doesn’t bespeak a huge effort. I think that’s good because at nearly 30 I still don’t think it’s impossible. I joined weight watchers and that’s a start.
