Live to see my family come to Christ

Within the past year, my father has come to know Christ and I was able to share the Gospel with my sister. I love seeing what God has done in their lives! He is moving in my family and I thank Him continually for the courage to see Him glorified in our home. I think that courage is a major factor that the LORD sets on our hearts. I believe wholeheartedly that the LORD takes away our fear and replaces it with a Spirit of boldness and courage. I pray that the other members in this group would take hold of that Spirit to see Christ glorified in their homes also.

I am going home for the summer. I pray that God allows for situations each day where I can share Him with them. The task seems really daunting. But I know that if i remain in Him and of Him, then He will remain in me and of me. It’s extremely empowering!

My family is struggling with alot of sin in their lives right now. I think that in every one, there is this inate desire to do what is right, to live a moral life. And we struggle alot with meeting these expectations. But I KNOW that Christ gives us freedom from this “failure”. Through Christ’s sacriface, we are able to be reconciled back to God and we are saved unto a life of freedom. I wish my family could see that. I wish that they were free from their “failures”.

It is very frustrating for me to sit back and watch my family make decisions in there lives that are obviously guided by sin. It is frustrating because I have yet to do somethng about it.

I desire so incredibly much for my family to know Christ. I KNOW that often times, the problems that they experience could be solved by putting their trust in Him.
