I’ve taken ten steps back in this goal now I live in Moscow.
It’s impossible to know where the food comes from. I still shop in big supermarkets and buy things like butter etc. and I still use milk. I tried to reduce my dairy intake recently but it is simply not possible in a place where even vegetarianism is not understood.
I bought some eggs from caged hens today. They asked to pick some up for work and I should have said no but I didn’t I bought them.
Maybe I should have said yes and then bought free range…
It feels like a bit of a step backwards though.
I don’t really know if drinking coca-cola is a bad thing. I don’t know if GAP really do use child labour and to be honest I can’t be bothered to do my research so instead I’m going to make a concerted effort to think before I consume anything and try to decide if there’s an alternative that may be more…better
