- Eating. After breakfast I wanted a smoke. Took NatraBio Smoking Withdrawal instead. Craving went away.
- Eating is the hard one right now. I do not smoke in the house so I don’t have many triggers inside my house.
Eating.
Drinking something hot.
Phone calls are a trigger.
Boredom is also a big one.
I know that stress is a big trigger too but so far I’m not stressed and I don’t feel stressed at all.
(I will document triggers today)

Today I woke up with the goal of attempting to see how long I can go without a smoke and changing up my routine to avoid smoking. (I didn’t pick today as a quit day) I mostly just want document my triggers today and how many I have. I also got the herbal stuff I want to try including the lung complex. I will take those today too and see what happens.
So far today:
*Slept an hour longer than usual and got out of bed at 9:00 am.
*Drank one glass of water.
*Ate and Apple and Peanut Butter Toast.
*Have a dull ache in my chest on the left side. (using this dull ache for motivation today!)
Weighed myself today 150 pounds. Want to make sure I do not increase my weight since one of my goals is to lose 10 pounds also.
I’ve had three glasses of water and one bottled water today so far.
Ate breakfast for lunch (eggs, fruit)
Took the Herbal stuff to help me through the cravings to see how it works. I took it when I was craving the most and it stopped the craving for a while. I also took the lung complex stuff I have and that works really well! My mouth is a bit dry from the herbal stuff. The herbal lung stuff I have does have a taste to it sorta a cinnamon/licorice, when you burp you taste it sort of thing but if it works as well as it did today it’s worth it.

I’m starting to create my plan for what I plan to do when I stop as well as a date. I’ve smoked off and on for about 15 years now. I’ve quit for years at a time and picked it back up again somehow. This will be my third time quitting and MY LAST time quitting.
I’ve quit smoking in the past cold. Just stopped. This time, I’m attempting to help myself in various ways. Through healthy food, drinking a lot of water, relaxing aromatherapy baths, yoga, meditation, walks, and through herbal ways.
Tonight I ordered two herbal items – Planetary Herbals Mullein Lung Complex to help me clear my lungs when I’ve lived through a week of not smoking & NatraBio Smoking Withdrawl Non-Habit Forming tablets to help me with the withdrawl. I have no idea how well these two items will work but I’m determined to do this and hopefully with their small amount of help I can do this.
I’ll post my plan and quit date when I have it all done.
