I haven’t eaten chocolate for four days now, but I seem to be eating more sweet things instead – one muffin, three doughnuts, handful of honeyed nuts, half a tub of ben and jerrys, a small packet of cherry sweets… maybe I should change this goal to ‘eat less sweet things’. It really isn’t good for me.
