I’ve slacked off on this one. It’s so easy to start coasting when you’re really near a goal. I look pretty good and so the problem isn’t “in my face” like it was before. BUT…I don’t want to stop short of the prize here. This week I’m going to really double my efforts and see if I can’t finally get this done.

Weight loss has really slowed down but muscle mass continues to accumulate so I’m not too worried about it. I’ll get there eventually. I’m not going to diet. I’m not going to do something stupid.
However, I did lose a little bit more and am now at 1# 9 ounces from being within a “normal” weight range. This goal should soon be met. As soon as I’m there, I’ll tackle goal #39 Get a Body Fat Analysis done. That number will then go to my doctor and trainer to help us decide on a final weight loss goal within my weight range. My weight range varies from 123-169#s and I haven’t got a clue where I should be at within those numbers. My body has changed so much with all the training. I’ve never had this much muscle before so I haven’t got a clue what my new “normal” should be.
I’m heading out of state to a family wedding soon and will be gone for a week. It’s always tough to maintain healthy exercise and nutrition routines on the road. I do NOT, however, want to lose ground during the next week. In fact, I’d love to meet this goal by this time next week. I am going to bring my running shoes and continue my training. As far as all the family dinners I will be attending…I’ll just eat the salad, vegies and small amounts of protein. We have some family who attach meaning to desserts and elaborate meals and will be pushing these things. I’ll just have to risk offense. I’m not going to give up my progress towards health.
