Hmm I’m thinking I’ll make an appointment at my next prenatal visit for a massage in late November/early December.
My back is getting a little achy at 25 weeks and a massage sounds great.

Prenatal massage 3 years ago

The women’s health care center I go to offers prenatal massages for $45, which isn’t too bad. I forget how long it is exactly, but it is a good amount of time. Plus I don’t have to worry about them knowing what they are doing with pregnancy.

I plan to do this when I am into my third trimester and very achy. I’m doing okay right now with only mild back aches.

I am looking forward to it.
