Having been pregnant and having a baby actually caused me to lose about 10 kilos.
I’d like to keep that weight off and perhaps lose a bit more.
I don’t want to radically change my eating habits as I am still breastfeeding though.
I am regularly exercising by visiting the gym at least once a week and doing walking and also a trip to “buggyfit” or the pool once a week.
New goal is to increase fitness (as measured by gym fit test), reduce sugar intake, and the weight should slowly decrease.

I’d like to lose some weight. I suppose I have two goals, one would be to lose around 10 kilos so that I’m a healthier weight for when I want to get pregnant.
A more challenging goal would be to lose around 20 kilos so that my BMI is no longer classifed into the overweight category.

I’m not quite ready to start on this goal yet, but I’ll be thinking about it for now and trying to figure out a method that will work well for me.
