Ever since I could hold a pen I have been drawing, literally.
I always enjoyed art as a hobby, and only recently became more serious about it.
As a young child I always chose books solely for their illustrations. I would spend hours looking at the pictures.
Imagine being the artist that drew those pictures… knowing that hundreds, maybe thousands of children and adults were enjoying your art. Imagine getting to see your pictures on shelves at a store or library…
Though there are numerous fields of art, I believe illustrating would be one of the most pleasurable and rewarding.
