I’ve been going so spin class 3-4 times a week for a month and my body doesn’t look any different. I eat healthy so I know it’s not because of that. I guess I just need to be patient, maybe it will take longer since I don’t have a lot of fat to lose? Haha, I don’t know.

I was always real skinny, thanks to genetics, and then gained a bit of weight in college. I’m still slender and I don’t think I need to lose weight necessarily, but I wanted to start working out now and making a habit of it, so that when I get older and genetics won’t be helping me, I will always be happy with my body. I am trying to make an effort to be more healthy in general because I know it will pay off later in life. I’ve been going to spin class and a combo spin+abs class at least 4 times a week. This is only my second week and I love it! It has already made me feel more energetic and happy. I’m so glad I finally started working out.
