get checked for sleep apnea

I’m scared. I guess my love life will go on hold for a while.

They are going to put me on a CPAP machine for the next 6 weeks to see if that makes a difference. I’m not exactly thrilled about it… I’m afraid my love life is going to suffer. What man wants to go to bed next to that each night?

Really strange experience. I fell like i only slept 5 minutes. Now just waiting for results.

I want to do a sleep study to check for this. I have been sleeping plenty and I wake up feeling unrested and have dark circles under my eyes. Sleep apnea runs in my family and it is one of the side effects of PCOS.
