Why havent i? 2 years ago

My 6 year old loves doctor who, and i was sticking posters up on his wall from the comics today. I watched the end of 1 episode, and imediatly drawn in – why havent i watched it!!!! ??? i hate science fiction as a rule, so i have a barrier up. Hopefully i will catch up before the next series …..
