Just by working out and pretty much not changing any other habits I am down 7lbs since 8-20-07. It’s less than a pound a week, but I have to admit that Halloween planted a couple pounds back on my body. Whoops! My reward for when I lose 10lbs is that I am going to buy myself a pair of Levi’s. I have officially destroyed my previous (favorite) pair. It is sad. However, that means I won’t be skipping any trips to the gym this week!

Well, I’d like to be pushing “too thin” instead of pushing the disease radar, so I am trying to lose weight. I’ve been trying a long time and it doesn’t work out well. I know too much and care too little. Oh well. I need to work out more, but my eating habits are getting there. Wish me luck. If I lose more than her by Palm Sunday, my mom is giving me $100!
