9/22/06:
No more desserts. I mean it. None. Not a one. Desserts are gross. Sugar is terrible for you! It rots your teeth and is full of useless calories! Instead, I will eat healthy things like fruit and yogurt that still taste sweet but have a nutritional benefit. Also, I will only eat healthy cereals. None of that sugary stuff.
The next dessert I will allow myself to eat will be on fall break and that will only be in moderation. None of this two desserts at each meal junk.
