I want to find a true friend. 13 months ago

I don`t have a true friend. I just happen to communicate with some people more than the others but that`s all. Nobody understands me and I hate the fact that the person who`s pretty much the closest thing to a best friend never gets my jokes and only talks about herself and how her life sucks.
She also doesn`t know things… about things.
