I just can’t believe it. Since my last entry which was 18 hours ago I have lost an additional 0.6 kg which brings my total weight loss from 22.5 kg to 23.1 kg (within the span of 18 hours!!) WOW that really is something now :)
Tracing back through those 18 hours, I was cleaning my room, I went for a 5km walk, worked for 2 minutes on the elliptical, danced abit and 30 crunches. And that is all that is to it. WooOooW, I hope this is not a one off and such a thing would happen again :P
No wonder I have this cheeky smile all day :P

Since my last entry 3 months ago I have lost another 11.4 Kg WooooooooHoooooo. Now that is something. I have been working on this goal for a total of 9 months and my total weight loss to date is 22.5 Kg. God, I am sooo pround of myself.
It really does take time to change habits, it truly is a completely different lifestyle. I don’t eat as much as I used to. I fill up really quickly which is amazing. I feel guilty if I didn’t excercise, and if i ate late at night. My whole system change to a healthier one which is what I was hoping for :)
However, for the left weight I want to lose, I am planning to accelerate the process. I want to reach my goal weight in a maximum of 3 months. This means I will have to add a few excercise routines to my day and cut out on the cheat days, then I will be set to reach my goal.
I am just proud that today I weigh the lowest I have been since a really long long time.

My last count of 100 days is sooooo over. I have not reached my goal after all and I am surprisingly not mad about it. It has been 3 months since my last entry and I have lost 7 kg since then, which at least means I am on track. I have fell off the wagon throughout the past three months but thanks God I have always managed to get up in again.
At the moment I am walking 4.8km – 7km a day (depending how much energy I have). The walks give me so much energy and fill me with happiness. Besides, I don’t feel guilty most of the times.
I am trying to cut down on my food portions and eating healthy. It is working real good. I hope I will keep up with this progress as yet I have to lose much more weight.

anyhows….Yesterday I was mad for no reason – well the reason was that I was silently forced to go out with my family out and ended up giving in to eating rice :( I wish I could have stayed and had my 2 hours of swimming pool time.
I had lots to eat at break – fast (Since I am a muslim, this is the holy month of Ramadan where we fast from sun dawn to sunset). And at sunset when it was our meal time, I ate so much and had lots of dessert later on – 2 homemade cinnabon roles. sigh*
Weight loss to date: 3.9kg – I hope I have not gained any weight with all the eating I did yesterday and little exercise I had!!

I just bought a digital scale that not only measures weight but water content in your body, bone mass, fat percentage…etc..It is really amazing and at only the equivalent of 24$ that was a steal :)
I can now track my weight loss more accurately and closely than before. The most amazing thing about it is that you can see you weight decrease everyday, whcih is really encouraging. loosing 100-200 grams a day means that I would be loosing 1-2kg every 10 days :) Even though some might think this is slow, seeing your weight decrease every day is just far more encouraging :)
I also found that I should be better utilizing our swimming pool to my best interest. I have been using it for around 2 hours for 4 days during the last 6 days and it feels very theraputic and relaxing, in addition to making weight loss way easier!!

I have fallen off the wagon for a few days now – more like 6 or 7 days. I am still doing well with food intake, I am doing healthy choices and small potions. However, I have not execersied in like forever. I should get back to some kind of excercise. sigh*
With losing the weight, I am doing good so far, but I believe I could have achieved better results. My weight loss is fluctuating from 3kg to 4kgs loss. So, I hope when I weigh in today it will be 4 kgs.

Thanks God, the partying is over and lucky me I gained nothing….WoooHooo….
I still can’t believe that. I have been eating soooo much in the past three days and I cut down on exercise and I still have not gained weight!!! That only means one thing, that the weight I have lost so far is really permanently lost (I hope so!!)
Though still 4 days behind schedule, I might be able to catch up later on :) For now I should just stay on top of things and undo some of the damage (that is getting back to exercise and healthy food) to catch up with my schedule.
Oooh, right now I am so in love with myself :)

This week was not good at all. I have not lost anything for a week now even though I am doing very well. I am not sure if my body have changed either. arrrghhhhh…
Life is tough sometimes :( Today I was invited over for lunch and thanks god I ate less than what I would probably do if I wasn’t on a diet. So, lunch went well. For dinner, I have invited my family to eat out in a restaurant to celebrate my brother’s 21st birthday. And I was planning for this since the begining of the week. I planned to give myself a break today dinner and indulge a little. We also have a party tomorrow at our house to again celebrate my bro’s b-day and I am not sure how I will handle this.
The plan is to share my dinner plate today with someone and skip lunch tomorrow in preparation for the night feast. And I will go on the “Milk and Date diet” on Firday, Saturday and Sunday. I am not expecting a dramatic weight loss in those few coming days but to maintain my current weight as I go through this surge of feasts!!!

I was not surprised that I haven’t lost the 1kg I was supposed to yesterday :(
It can be hard sometimes seeing your scales pointing at the same number ever so often. But still I have come so far and I am not willing to give up just yet. I will be so stubborn about that goal to happen and I will lose the weight.
Maybe today, things will turn to be brighter.

I have messed up in the weekend BIG TIME >_<
I went to a wedding and I ate so much trying to comfort myself that one day I will be as thin as those around me. arghhhh…
Other than that, I have been doing well and I am right on schedule losing 1Kg every 5 days. So by today, I should have lost 3kgs so far. I will be weighing in later today to see if I did it!!
