Why is it so hard to get into this habit/goal?



Well I guess I have to start somewhere on my goals

Alright, so to start to perform this goal, I have a book that I have had that I am going to read cover to cover, and while I am reading it, I will start to do simple relaxation and breathing exercises. I also plan on portioning off a section of my day to make my practice more regular. Well, here goes…
