Okay, so I got some seeds started a couple of weeks ago, and they did so well I decided to start some more! The problem is: I now have about 70 plant that are ready to be planted, and nowhere to put them! They weren’t suppose to be ready for a few weeks, and they were ready within a few of DAYS! I planted more than enough because I wasn’t sure if they would work out considering I’ve NEVER started plants from seeds before. I guess that means I’ll be able to give some of them away so someone else can start their own little garden. :)
I also have 50 new peat pods started, but they also include flowers for around our house. AND, my wonderful friend has volunteered to help me make my yard beautiful!
Here’s what my garden is to include:
-Snow Peas (YES!!!)
-Cherry Tomatoes
-Brussel Sprouts (don’t knock it. I love em)
-Zuchinni
-Yellow Squash
-Okra
-Green Onion
-Parsley
-Cilantro
-Basil
-Rosemary
-Tender Mixed Salad Greens
-MAYBE carrots
I also have four different types of flowers started. OH! and Lavendar, which is kind of a flower AND an herb. Looks pretty. Smells nice. Tastes good with chocolate. :) I’m planning on getting many uses from my lavendar. I’ll probably make some soap or something, as well as press some in homemade paper.
