decorate my room

I’ve lived with my room mate for two years now, and have yet to decorate my room. Our house is so bland. All of our walls are beige. All the curtains are a pale green and everything else is either brown or tan. I NEED COLOR!!!!! I started painting a canvas for my room, and I went to the craft store and picked up some beautiful fabric to make curtains. I decided to go with a Moroccan-type theme. I’m using some beautiful jewel tones: deep red, sapphire, emerald, gold, etc. I’ll post photos when I’m done. :)
