go barefoot outside at least once a month

It wasn’t too bad out, so I just went outside barefoot. Won’t be able to do that much longer…but it’s the 1st so it counts! The ground is soggy from melting snow, but it’s still kind of nice to be outside in bare feet. :)

My dog looked like he had to go NOW, and so without thinking, I ran outside with him. Boy was it cold on my feet! At least the grass was soft, and soon my feet were numb anyways so they didn’t bother me. Well, I can say that I did it!

It sure is getting chilly! Made my feet cold, but I went barefoot out in the yard with the dogs and looked at all the gorgeous bright leaves on the green grass <3

I keep expecting cooler weather, and finally today we had some <3 Time to dig out real shirts and pants again soon! In the meantime, the grass is warm and dry and pleasant, great for bare feet, especially when hanging up laundry outside :) I just have to watch out for the pin oak tree-it's throwing acorns left and right and they hurt when you step on them!

I went outside and danced in the rain! I’m also loving this sudden lack of humidity…the grass is pleasant and the air is wonderful for running around barefoot with the dogs!

...which means I was barefoot outside on hot hot pavement (yeowch) and on nice soft grass (mmm) and pretty much all the time actually haha!

Even with the strange cooler weather, I’ve been going barefoot quite a bit. It’s lovely to stand in the grass and feel one with nature :)

Oh, it’s been easy this month! Soft grass, warm sunshine…I’ve been running around barefoot and it’s wonderful!

This month has been tricky…cold weather suddenly coming in made the ground cold but some of the days this month have been nice enough for me to walk outside. The ground is so dry, though! Today I was at a wedding where there was a beautiful field, and my fiance and I went walking through it (me barefoot). It was wonderful :)

A Mennonite woman told me that the farmers think spring’s ahead by 2 weeks…looks like it! I’ve been outside in bare feet almost every day this month so far! Such nice weather!
