Against the Wall 17 months ago

Progress is being made, slowly. I have pulled off an inverted position, but I don’t quite have the upper body strength just yet. What I have is a handstand . . . leaning against the wall. I know, it’s a very small victory, but after doing this 2 days in a row I’m gradually becoming more at ease upside down. Baby steps.

I’ve been doing yoga on and off for the last few years, but I haven’t been able to maintain a steady practice. If I have something to work towards, perhaps I’ll be able to create a consistent routine.
