Getting back on track...

I was successful with half this goal, I got fit!
Over the summer I lost 20 pounds of fat, gained some muscle, went down a couple sizes.

And then December happened, ehhhh…......

Time to get back on the horse!



So. Much. Pain.

Saw my trainer twice last week. Can hardly move, and I love it!
This training is gonna go very well!

Now I gotta focus on eating better.

Getting started finally. Being pro-active.

Step 1:
Joined a gym!
Woo!

Step 2:
Just to be safe (and accountable), got a trainer!
Woo!

Step 3:
Went to the gym for the first time today!
Woo!
That was a challenge in and of itself, I took it a bit easy, just did some treadmill, but I did something!

Next step:
Gotta make some appointments with the trainer!
