I’ve never gotten into running, but I want to start. I plan on trying to build up from running daily one minute, walking three x5. Increasing the running time every week. My Goal is to beable to run 30minutes every day by summer.
- Just got back from the gym about an hour ago, I managed to run for three minutes and walk for nine before I had to switch machines. I was getting a really bad cramp in my side. I streatched before hand and everything- Any tips?
